THANK you FOR Helping us fill bowls with love
Thank-YOU For helping us save lives
FOOD
We support feeding of 1000 dogs and 100 cats islandwide. 365,000 bowls of food are needed for just one year ------------------------- |
MEDICAL
Our Medic Aid & Emergency fund expenditure was $290,000 last year. It is vital we have the necessary funds available to help & prevent suffering of animals in need ----------------------------------- |
SHELTER
We are looking to raise $125,000 to defray relocating and retrofitting a larger, better & more conducive shelter for abandoned & rescued street animals. ------------------------------ |
Rescuing an animal is not the end of the road, it is the very first step. The work of treating the animals' illness and rehabilitating them to fit into a home environment can take months and sometimes years. We are willing and able to commit to this only with your support.
A larger and better facility will mean we can continue actively with our Stray Management Scheme and also have the means to gradually take dogs off the streets and place them in loving homes to call their own in due time. The street is not a home for anyone and we hope that with a larger better facility we can care for more animals in need. With more funds, we will also be able to feed more starving animals and medicate more ill and injured street or shelter animals in need.

Featured here are some of the amazing stories of animals we have helped. Will you help us help street and shelter animals see the light in a life so dark and hopeless?
POCCO was rescued from an area in the North where the dogs are very tough to trap for sterilisation. New puppies are constantly born to the streets and attacked badly. Pocco was one such victim. A festering maggot wound covered his entire tummy area. Pocco needs all the help to ensure his wounds heal well and he blossoms into a handsome young lad.

MAGGIE was born to an area densely populated with street dogs which are extremely tough to trap. Maggie was attacked by her own pack there and ended up with a huge maggot wound covering her entire back. Her feeder, Alice faithfully fed her on a daily basis. She eventually noticed Maggie was often hiding in a drainage area. We had a look at the area and realized we could possibly trap her underground which we did. Maggie went through a long recovery period and has since blossomed

DA BAO was a street dog fed daily by his feeder. He eventually developed tonnes of warts on his mouth which made eating difficult. We managed to trap Da Bao and have the warts surgically removed. He was also sterilized to aid in controlling the street dog population in the area. Dogs like Da Bao have nowhere to call home and no one to call family but we can ensure they do not die in pain or hunger.

MEI MEI was rescued by an individual rescuer off the streets. Sadly, she was plagued with Kidney Failure and the facility she lived in was already very crowded with dogs. Her feeder hoped Mei would be able to find a retirement home. We tried our luck and amazingly we did find a retirement home for Mei. However, we continue to support her medical care and drips so she can live out her senior years in comfort. We hope you can help us help senior dogs with life long diseases continue to live happily.
