Background:
Da Bai was living in a factory in Tuas and cared for by a team of dedicated feeders when he was suddenly found with a very swollen face one morning. They discovered that Da Bai had been the victim of a hit and run, and suffered a fracture in his face that caused the immense swelling.
Da Bai has been rescued from the factory as he has been unable to eat and needs urgent medical attention. He is currently hospitalized and trying to cope with a low platelet count after a blood transfusion. He needs to be stabilized before we can look at fixing the fracture.
