Christie was a community dog in a Christian cemetery in the North. Christie was found with a wire tightly coiled around her leg, leaving her in terrible pain with a badly infected wound. 💔 Despite all efforts, her leg could not be saved and had to be amputated.
Through it all, Christie has been so brave. She’s now heading to a kind foster this Thursday for her post-op recovery, a big step towards healing and a better life. 🏡💫
With her surgery done and safe care arranged, we’ll be closing her appeal. Thank you for being part of her journey and giving her a second chance and a thank you to her feeders and foster for caring for her. 💛
