ABOUT US​
Causes for Animals (Singapore) Limited is an animal welfare charity set up to support the needs of local animal welfare in Singapore. We employ programs and policies to promote best practice, ethical, sustainable and compassionate treatment of these animals.

CAS believes that working hand in hand with other organisations is vital and most importantly the best means to benefit local street dogs and cats. 

Companion Animals are part of every community in Singapore and our programs are developed to recognise and provide aid for as many pet lovers and we can.

Mission
Our mission is to save the lives of the homeless and unwanted companion animals of Singapore.

To employ programs and policies to promote best practice, ethical, sustainable and compassionate treatment of these animals.

The CAS team has over 30 years of combined experience in Animal Welfare Work.

• An rescue and adoption program that has helped us achieve a success rate of 98% in our adoptions
• We have applied our own successful stray management program that has been effective at preventing further growth of stray population in the areas we oversee.

A Stray Free Singapore
We want to be part of a community with wider acceptance of companion animals with humane animal management policies.  Our ultimate aim is to strive towards a Stray free country

Rescue and Adoption

• Establishing repeatable and sustainable mode for rescuing stray animals. 
• Rehabilitation of animals using programs, techniques, environments to help challenged, unwanted animals become adoptable.
• Building of fostering and volunteer network – a vital component of Animal Rescue
• Developing Adoption Centres that raising standards and awareness of animal rescue work in Singapore

CAS Strategy
Causes for Animals aims to develop a sustainable, effective model for successful Animal Welfare Management in Singapore.

We aim to develop Adoption and Health centres, Education outposts and Social enterprise businesses in support of our cause along with low cost medical and assistance through our community outreach programmes.

We hope to drive and actively manage an effective Stray Management Program in Singapore that eventually leads us to a Stray Free Singapore.
