NUAN NUAN's MEDICAL APPEAL: CLOSED
We would like to thank everyone for their very generous support of Nuan Nuan! We are able to cover his surgery and aftercare and will close the appeal today. He has since underwent surgery with Dr Ben Landon and immediately was able to effectively stand on his two feet post surgery. |

He is now under the post operation care with the amazing Animal World Veterinary team and we foresee he will be stable and well for discharge soon. We thank you for helping a street dog walk again and a gentle reminder to everyone to slow down in areas where street dogs call their home. The streets are their only home. Please keep our roads safe for animals and people. Don't speed.
Background:
We recently rescued Nuan Nuan, a street dog from Punggol, after he suffered through two terrible hit and run accidents. He was left for death as he wobbled into the bushes. His dedicated feeder Alice found him weak and limping and reached out to us for help. CAS was able to trap Nuan Nuan after going after him in the deep grass, and take him to the vet, where we found out he had fractures in both hind legs.
Nuan Nuan's current bill has come up to $12,000+ as he requires both fractures to be fixed. He will need physiotherapy after treatment so he can regain his ability to walk effectively.

Do note that should funds raised exceed the final medical bill, the surplus will be utilised for animals under our community care program that need assistance.
