GONE TO GOOD HOMES (Recent Adoptions)
MARG
Marg has found love with Erin and Daniel! Marg was rescued from a shipping yard in Tuas. We conduct a TNRM programme there for the dogs. Marg was well cared for by the workers and site managers there. They fed her and even offered her belly rubs when she allowed. However, the staff there recognised that at the end of the day, if a street dog with a good nature could find a home of her own, it would be best as life on the streets can be unpredictable. Marg proved to be a gentle and shy lady who needed just a little bit of time to warm up. Erin and Daniel were looking for a dog who would get on with their cat and Marg did just that! Thank you to the wonderful caregivers at the yard for caring for Marg and a special shout out to Erin and Daniel for being the best pawrents we could have asked for Marg! |
JEWEL
It's been a long long road of close to 7 years since Jewel was rescued off the streets. This little lady came to us with some little behavioural quirks which included a fear of men and going out for walks. Basically, Jewel wasn't the easiest street dog to find a home for. Over the years, she gradually came out of her shell and slowly blossomed into a remarkable quirky aunty as we now know her! Jewel was originally to be fostered by the amazing Esther and Daniel. They had been wonderful foster pawrents to 2 of our doggies. Somehow, Jewel won them over and has since made their home her forever home. She adores Daniel when she was normally wary of men. Jewel loves her romps in the dog runs and parks with Esther and Daniel. She has proven to be the perfect buddy for them. We are ever so grateful to Esther and Daniel for giving Jewel her forever home. Thank you for not only fostering but also adopting and supporting our work! |
WISEMAN
Wiseman has found a home to call his own! Wiseman was rescued from an army camp by a soldier after the pest control was called in to rid Wiseman from the camp as one of the sergeants did not like dogs around the facility. Wiseman's rescuers continued to visit him weekly for the years he spent with us. Wiseman spent 6 long years with us waiting for a home to call his own. He was easily excitable, high energy and snapped when people touched his food or toys. His over zealous nature also made people worried he would be a little too much to handle. Wiseman somehow won Conor's heart on his first visit to meet another dog. Conor was looking for a energetic canine pal who would be happy to do long walks but also be happy to stay calm and allow Conor to work from home. Conor and Wiseman now enjoy lots of walks and lazing around the apartment. We would like to thank Conor for giving our Wiseman the home he's dreamed of for so very long. Thank you for adopting! |
CATO
Cato has found his forever home! Nick and his partner were looking for a canine companion to join their beautiful family. Cato won their hearts very quickly and is a very much loved member of the family. Cato has been feeling under the weather of late but continues to enjoy lots of love and care from Nick and his partner. Cato enjoys the beach and hanging out with his siblings as well. Thank you Nick for opening your heart and home to a Singapore Special! |
