The CAS Bowls campaign has closed.
Thank-you for filling our bowls!
'BOWLS' is back!
Our annual appeal took a hiatus last year but we are excited to restart the appeal to raise funds for medical and food in aid of street and shelter animals .
Rescuing an animal is not the end of the road, it is the very first step. The work of treating the animals' illness and rehabilitating them to fit into a home environment can take months and sometimes years. Through the process the animals will need food and medical support.
Our new facility allows us to continue actively with our Stray Management Scheme which is in line with the nationwide TNRM programme. We hope to continue to have the means to gradually take dogs off the streets and place them in loving homes to call their own in due time. With more funds, we will also be able to feed more hungry animals and medicate more ill and injured street or shelter animals in need.

BELLBOY
Bell Boy is from a farm in the North. He was discovered with a gaping wound on his shoulder blade. He required 2 weeks of hospitalisation and medical care which included wound cleaning and oral medication. Bell Boy's wound has since recovered and he is looking much better now and has returned to the care of his feeder. |
BOB TAIL
Bob Tail is a female from the Seletar area. She was recently caught as part of our TNR efforts. We discovered she has a wound on her vulva with maggots coming out from it. Bob Tail required a surgical procedure to clean up the wound and to have all the maggots removed and medication to ensure she heals well. We are lucky to have been able to secure Bob Tail and preventing the wound from festering further. Dogs like Bob Tail have nowhere to call home and no one to call family but we can ensure they do not die in pain or hunger. |
MARSH
Marsh came in from Marsiling as a street cat. His legs had been tied so tightly in a plastic bag that oxygen supply had been cut off and the poor boy sustained severe wounds. After 90 days of hospitalisation, Marsh has finally recovered and has joined his feeder who will continue to care for him! |
